Hello there reader!

It may have come to your attention that Mitch and I have been travelling around Asia of late. Well it fills me with excitement to share with you exactly what we got up to during the first three weeks of our travelling. It was, as I like to put it, our stint at Wellness Travelling.

We came away with the intention to test ourselves – to see just how far we could push our body’s, and what the results would be in 3 weeks. Could you really have a complete body transformation in 3 weeks? Could you really see beneficial and permanent fitness gains?
