REfresh, RE-nourish, RE-energise, RE-ignite – RETREAT!

Be prepared to be astounded by how much you can achieve in 3 days.

My very first retreat is now ready to launch! We will be staying in the beautiful Uppermoor Farm, a gorgeous part of the Peak District. And booking IS NOW OPEN!

Here’s an idea of what to expect on this 3 day Bootcamp:

Arrival will be on Friday 1st February, between 1430-1530.

After a quick welcome and introductions (with a delicious welcome smoothie and some home made cake – yes, the retreat has cake!), we will get stuck right in to our first Total Toner full body workout.

Delicious home made food will fuel us before a restorative Pilates session in the evening, which will prepare you for an excellent first night’s sleep.

Retreat workouts

The next day we will start our morning with a pre-workout smoothie, and then we will hit our most challenging workout – Bootcamp! You will have earned your breakfast after that.

After breakfast we have our first workshop, all around Healthy Eating, and Ditching the Diet Mentality.

Some more healthy, wholesome and warming food will be served for lunch, before you have some down time to do whatever nourishes you – a little exploring, some socialising with the group, or a power nap!

The afternoon sees us take part in another workshop, all around creating a Healthy Environment, and a Pilates workout, which will be much appreciated after our morning Bootcamp session!

The rest of the retreat involves one more workshop, some mindfulness practices and a hike amongst the beautiful scenery of the Peak District. We will close with a final parting piece of inspiration for you, recapping what you’ve learnt and what you will take away. The retreat finishes at 1230pm on Sunday 3rd February. Once you book your spot, a full itinerary will be sent to you.

This is not a deprivation retreat! It is a chance for you to have a break from the day to day stresses of normal life, learn how to prioritise your wellness & self-care, and learn which types of workouts really spin your tyres! 

There are multiple sleeping options, to suit your needs and your budget:

The Ultimate Solitude – a double room all to yourself. Treat yourself to a squishy double bed all to yourself, with en-suite. £380 per room. 

Share with your bestie – a double room shared. Share a double bed with your nearest and dearest, and share the cost! With your own en-suite. £260 per person. 

Twin room – Share a room, with a single bed each. Own en-suite £280 per person.

Triple room – Why invite one friend, when you can invite two?! Share a room with one double and one single bed. With own en-suite. £250 per person.

Reserve your spot with a £50 deposit, send through which room option you are wanting to reserve, and the remaining balance won’t be due until mid January.
